Welcome to 1Glam, a product of Valorseed Innovations Pvt Ltd (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using 1Glam (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using 1Glam, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Description of Service

1Glam is a CRM and booking management tool for makeup artists and service providers, offering features such as:

Automated messaging via WhatsApp and Instagram
Lead and appointment management
Client scheduling and notifications
Payment tracking and invoicing
Business performance analytics

We may update, add, or remove features at our discretion.

3. Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of unauthorized access, fraud, or misuse.

4. Pricing, Billing & Payments

Subscription Plans: 1Glam offers Entry, Advanced, and Pro plans with different pricing and features.
Billing Cycle: Payments are processed monthly or annually based on the selected plan.
Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, UPI, Razorpay, Stripe, or other listed methods.
Renewals & Cancellations: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. No refunds for partial months or unused services.
Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we may suspend or restrict access to the Service until resolved.

5. Use of 1Glam – Restrictions & Responsibilities

By using 1Glam, you agree to:

✅ Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
✅ Comply with all applicable regulations, including privacy laws regarding client data.
✅ Ensure your messages and content adhere to platform policies.

You agree NOT to:

❌ Use the Service for spam, fraud, or misleading advertisements.
❌ Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or hack our software.
❌ Share your login credentials with unauthorized users.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without notice.

6. Data Privacy & Security

1Glam values user privacy and protects your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, or misuse your customer data.
We integrate with third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, payment providers). Their policies apply.
We implement encryption and best practices to protect your information.

7. Service Availability & Downtime

We strive for 99% uptime, but occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or third-party service interruptions. We are not liable for any business loss or damages caused by temporary unavailability.

8. Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate access if:

You violate these Terms.
Your payment is overdue.
We decide to discontinue the service (with prior notice to active users).

You may cancel your account anytime in Settings. No refunds will be provided.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

1Glam is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted service or specific results.
We are not responsible for lost revenue, missed bookings, or business disruptions.
Our liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the last 3 months.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Disputes shall first be resolved through informal negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled via arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
